Brian Jagger is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of TechA11y, an AI-powered web accessibility enhancement software provider, and the Founder of GuardRailz, an AI solutions provider for education. He currently serves as a “white hat” tester for several generative AI companies and platforms, and works as a contract AI engineer and consultant for a range of companies and government agencies.


Jagger is also the lead Promptineering instructor at the College of Western Idaho and holds three pending AI-related patents as sole inventor. His work focuses on AI engineering and leveraging AI to deliver both individual adaptability and universal accessibility.
