Hayden Craddolph
A Philadelphia native and the son of a military family, Hayden Craddolph has spent the past two decades building bridges between emerging creators and next-generation media technology. As the Founder and CEO of Cemboo, a predictive AI and blockchain-powered SaaS platform for video equity, Craddolph is redefining how small creators, nonprofits, and universities distribute, monetize, and protect their content.
Craddolph’s vision for Cemboo traces back to his original graduate research at Kutztown University, where he earned a Master of Science in Electronic Media. His thesis—Developing a Community of Independent Film and Video Producers to Foster Creation, Marketing, and Distribution of Digital Media—foresaw the decentralization of media long before it entered the mainstream. That academic foundation gave rise to the Haydenfilms Online Film Festival, one of the earliest web-based showcases of its kind, and a quiet blueprint for his broader mission: democratizing access to scalable, ethical, and AI-powered video infrastructure.
Before launching Cemboo, Craddolph served as the longtime Executive Director of the Haydenfilms Institute, where he designed educational programs and outreach initiatives that championed storytelling as both an art form and a viable economic pathway. His work has supported thousands of creators across academic and professional tiers, and his consulting background spans media, higher education, luxury automotive marketing, and digital retail innovation.
Craddolph also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a graduate certificate in Film Finance and Distribution from UCLA Extension. He continues to serve as a national thought leader on issues of digital equity, algorithmic transparency, and platform ethics. With Cemboo’s MVP launch in 2025, he is spearheading a new standard for valuing, authenticating, and scaling video content.
