George Stark is a seasoned public affairs strategist with over 30 years of experience in government relations, communications, and community engagement. He most recently served as Director of External Affairs at Coterra Energy, where he led the company’s public relations, community outreach, advertising, and political affairs initiatives. Throughout his career in Pennsylvania and Maryland, he earned recognition for his political judgment, ability to communicate complex policy issues, and success in building collaborative stakeholder relationships.



A Political Science graduate of Dickinson College, George retired from Coterra in January 2025. He remains active in community service as a board member of Camp Freedom and a volunteer with America250PA.
