
Dr. Farah Mneimneh
Dr. Farah Mneimneh is an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Alvernia University. Her research focuses on thermal sciences, household energy insecurity, energy justice, sustainable cooling, and human thermal comfort. Her work integrates engineering analysis with social and policy perspectives to examine how energy systems affect households and communities.
Dr. Mneimneh has conducted research on multidimensional measures of household energy insecurity, energy transitions in underserved communities, bioheat transfer, and sustainable thermal management technologies. Through her research, teaching, and community engagement, she seeks to advance energy solutions that are technically effective, socially responsive, and economically inclusive.
