Dr. Todd A. Shawver is Dean of the College of Business at Misericordia University, where he leads strategic initiatives focused on academic innovation, workforce development, artificial intelligence, and industry partnerships. With nearly two decades of leadership experience in higher education, he is recognized for developing innovative academic programs, building strong business and community collaborations, and advancing student success.

A Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and accomplished educator, Dr. Shawver has extensive expertise in accounting, finance, strategic planning, accreditation, and data-informed decision-making. Throughout his career, he has championed experiential learning, entrepreneurship, and applied research that connects higher education with the evolving needs of employers.
