Andrew Verda is the Founder and CEO of Alto Cirra, where he is building autonomous drone systems for cloud seeding and atmospheric operations. With a background in engineering, AI, and business development, he has spent his career bringing emerging technologies into real-world applications.

An avid skier and outdoorsman, Andrew’s firsthand experience in the mountains sparked his interest in water resources and the role winter storms play in supplying the western United States. That perspective led him to found Alto Cirra, with the goal of modernizing cloud seeding through autonomous aviation.



Today, Andrew leads the company’s strategy, fundraising, product development, and operations as Alto Cirra works with government agencies and industry partners to improve water security through advanced aerial technology.
