Jay Sensi | Campus Kaizen

Jay Sensi, Founder & CEO of Campus Kaizen, is an accomplished leader in the education technology industry, with more than 10 years of experience starting, growing and leading Soft-as-a-Solution (SaaS) organizations through higher education and K-12 verticals. 


His expertise includes continuous improvement, organizational leadership and project management. Sensi, a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, leads Campus Kaizen with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation to be an industry leader in software platforms that support more K-12 and Higher Education in key and critical operations. Sensi received his M.B.A. and B.S., Electrical Engineering from the University of Scranton where he serves on the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board.

Tobi Somori | Alvernia University

Tobi, a senior at Alvernia University, is majoring in Economics and minoring in Data Science. With over five years of experience, including roles at companies like Amazon, she has had the opportunity to implement cost-reduction solutions, optimizing and refining processes. Her unwavering passion for innovation and creative problem-solving has driven her to create Ev̱i̱meró̱, a mobile app designed to serve as a virtual personal assistant for aspiring professionals, particularly students, helping them with effective schedule and time management.

Camaryn Lokuta | Coal Creative

Camaryn’s passion has always been people – meeting people, getting to know them and creating lasting relationships. She is dedicated to making sure Coal Creative’s work produces lasting, positive change in the community. Camaryn earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Penn State (WE ARE!) in 2016. As Managing Director, Camaryn is part of the team writing goals for Coal Creative’s growth plan. She nurtures relationships with clients and strategic partners, reviews contracts and represents the company as a committee person for various organizations. Internally, she keeps things running smoothly, oversees the hiring process, and implements changes that serve the well-being of her team.
